In This Role, You Will Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in line with standardized operating procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions, while handling confidential matters with discretion Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard issues as necessary Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely Engage with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and personal development Support the team by communicating status updates and staying dedicated Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvements Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet Initiative, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm, courteous manner Who We Are TD is one of the worlds leading global financial institutions.
