This position requires fluency in both official languages, French and English. This is a full-time role working on-site in Fredericton, NB with regular business hours Monday through Friday. Position Overview As a Customer Care Representative, you will be at the forefront of NB Powers commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the services offered.
