Join us as a Graduate with Shell Canada where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders. The role will be based at Scotford (Fort Saskatchewan, AB), Sarnia, ON or Calgary, AB. Start dates for the Graduate Programme are February or August 2026. Eligibility To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme: Be in your final year of a Bachelors or Masters degree, or have graduated within the last 3 years from one of the following programs: Technical Graduate Programme: Engineering: Chemical, Chemical-Process Control, Mechanical Commercial Graduate Programme: Commerce/Business, Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Finance Have a minimum CGPA of 3.20 Be legally entitled to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit) Successfully complete a medical and/or drug test (safety-sensitive roles only) What we offer Competitive Compensation: Starting salary, performance bonus, and annual performance-related increases.
