I truly believe that having this experience shaped me into a clinician with strong skills in my own field, but also one with foundational knowledge in multiple areas of development. The support of a transdisciplinary team was unique and created an appreciation and respect within me for seeing children and families in a much more holistic manner than what my formal schooling taught me to do. This job would be a great first experience for SLPs seeking to gain a deeper understanding of child development and family dynamics, but also for more experienced clinicians who are looking to expand their knowledge base outside of the traditional speech and language domains. #J-18808-Ljbffr
