Role of a Sales Executive at C-Therm This is a specialized outbound role within a team-based sales function. Unlike traditional sales positions that combine prospecting closing and account management this role focuses exclusively on high-velocity outbound engagement. You will : Execute structured campaigns designed by the marketing team. Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients. Engage in meaningful conversations that introduce C-Therms value proposition and generate qualified opportunities. Collaborate with in-house subject matter experts (scientists and engineers) who will support technical discussions and solution scoping. Contribute to a team-based performance model your success is measured by how well the entire team delivers results not by individual commissions. This role is office-based in Fredericton NB with no travel requirements. What Makes You a Strong Fit At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience (call center background is a plus). Acompetitive spirit balanced with a strong belief in teamworkyou measure success by the collective win. Natural persuasivenessyou are confident on the phone articulate ideas clearly and leave a lasting impression. Bachelors degree in a STEM field (Chemistry Engineering etc.) is an asset but not required. Multilingual ability is an advantage.
