Responsibilities Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff Provide ongoing training for all new and existing staff, as determined in the evaluation process Conduct performance evaluations of the department staff Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally Coordinate daily tasks and schedules of the department staff Ensure all new employees are properly trained Keep work area stocked, organized, and clean at all times Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times, reporting any deficiencies, as necessary We Are Looking For Someone Who Cares about their professional appearance and follows dress code standards Maintains a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment Has strong leadership skills Has exceptional communication and customer services skills Is organized, can perform under pressure within time restraints, and has problem-solving abilities Has Food and Beverage Server Certification Applies safe work practices Please Be Aware Shift and weekend work is required This job can require standing for long periods of time Some physical labour and heavy lifting is required Other Benefits include discounted hotel stays.
