If this sounds like you, MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is seeking an *Associate* *Lawyer Plaintiff Personal Injury* to work based out of their office in Moncton, NB.MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is a civil litigation boutique firm representing clients that have been seriously injured in accidents or denied insurance benefits. Our team of 20 personal injury lawyers and 38 support staff strive to achieve superior compensation for both our clients and the members of our legal team. We currently have offices located in New Glasgow, NS; Halifax, NS; St. John's, NL; and Moncton, NB.This is a unique opportunity for a junior to intermediate-level litigation lawyer to contribute to the overall success of a growing firm. The ideal candidate for this position will be compassionate, committed, and a courageous advocate for helping to rebuild the lives of our clients.*Qualifications:*Legally entitled to practice law in Canada, and a member in good standing with the provincial bar2-5 years of Plaintiff personal injury or insurance litigation experienceStrong verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skillsCapable of working independently able to be flexible and adapt easily to changeAble to maintain a client-focused mindset while handling challenging case loadsSuperior analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracyUnwavering personal and professional integrityAble to communicate and work efficiently with all levels of a firm **Verbal and written fluencyin both English and French is preferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:* 8 hour shiftLicence/Certification:* Member good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction (preferred)
