Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Good years of development or production support experience in Dot Net, Oracle PLSQL Strong background in software development maintenance to support business requirements and projects Ability to debug code for complex issues, Data trouble shooting Strong Communication, Coordination Customer Interaction Skills. Very good understanding of Incident management lifecycle and adherence to SLAs Willing to work in shift model7.Self-learner, Initiative Proactiveness (Problem Solving skills) Good-to-have Experience in Agile delivery framework Experience on DevOps tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Nexus, urban code, GitHub etc. Good knowledge of Incident Management tools like Service Now Understanding of Capital Market domain Investment Financial Services Applications Candidate must be willing to learn new tools technologies required for project Experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSAS Python Scripting Power BI Automation tools like (Ex.
