Role OverviewLead configuration of Odoo Finance and Accounting modules with focus on Canadian public-sector standards and PSAB compliance.ResponsibilitiesConfigure GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and financial reporting modules.Align COA structure to PSAB or GASB as applicable.Integrate GST/HST workflows and CRA e-filing compliance.Develop financial dashboards and audit-ready reports.Work with Odoo Practice Lead to design finance demo flows.Requirements5+ years in ERP finance implementations (Odoo preferred).Deep knowledge of Canadian accounting & reporting frameworks.Experience with government or non-profit finance systems is an asset.Understanding of AI-driven analytics or automation preferred.
