About the Role Our client, an award winning Microsoft Solutions Partner, is seeking a Senior Business Central Consultant to lead implementations, provide functional expertise, and help clients maximize the value of their D365 Business Central solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consulting environmentcomfortable working directly with clients, leading workshops, and delivering end-to-end ERP projects. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, supply chain, operations, and related modules. Conduct business process reviews and gather client requirements to design functional solutions that align with business goals. Configure Business Central to meet client needs and document system setups, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration, customizations, and system enhancements. Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization services. Serve as a trusted advisor to clientsguiding them on best practices, change management, and solution scalability. Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, demonstrations, and solution design input when needed. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV solutions. Strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services business processes. Proven experience leading workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and delivering client-facing presentations. Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional designs and system configurations. Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and Office 365 integrations preferred. Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800) a strong plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
