From private villas in the Mediterranean to immersive safaris in Africa, our goal is to create moments of pure magicdelivered with precision, care, and a personal touch.As we continue to grow, were seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team full-time and help us shape the future of luxury travel design at Empress.About the RoleThis is a client-facing role focused on curating exceptional travel experiences and building long-term relationships with our members and clients. Youll work directly with our Founder and creative team to design bespoke itineraries, manage client portfolios, and ensure each trip reflects the Empress Travel Club standard: thoughtful, exclusive, and effortlessly luxurious.Youll bring both strategy and creativity to the tableunderstanding our clients needs intuitively and transforming their dreams into seamless itineraries.This is a full-time, salaried position, Monday through Friday.There will be opportunities to travel to travel shows around the world, networking events, and familiarization trips.We are open to candidates on any time zone from West Coast to East Coast.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Travel DesignManage relationships with both new and returning clients, providing white-glove service at every step.Conduct discovery calls to understand client preferences, travel style, and priorities.Design and curate custom itineraries with meticulous attention to detail and creativity.Collaborate with global partners, hotels, and DMCs to secure exclusive experiences and set up highly personalized touchesProvide expert destination advice, recommendations, and travel insights.Maintain proactive communication before, during, and after each trip to ensure a flawless experience.Business Development & GrowthCultivate long-term client relationships through trust, follow-up, and personalized outreach.Identify opportunities to grow our client base through referrals, partnerships, and networking.Represent Empress Travel Club at luxury travel events, conferences, and industry showcases.Contribute to strategic initiatives and partnerships that expand our presence in the luxury market.Collaboration & OperationsPartner with our operations team to ensure seamless trip execution, keeping communication channels constantly updated so trip progress is made 24 hours, as you pass responsibilities from your shift to the nextKeep accurate client records and trip documentation within our CRM and internal systems.Participate in weekly team meetings, ongoing training, and collaborative planning sessions.Who You AreYou have 5+ years of experience in luxury travel design, hospitality, or another relationship-driven luxury industry (private aviation, wealth management, luxury real estate, etc.).You are well-traveled, passionate about the world, and able to speak knowledgeably about high-end destinations and experiences.You thrive on client interaction and bring warmth, professionalism, and discretion to every conversation.You have strong organizational and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.You are quick thinking, tech-savvy, and comfortable making decisionsYoure resourceful, proactive, and enjoy working independently while collaborating closely with a small, high-performing team.You bring a refined, service-oriented approach and know how to connect naturally with sophisticated clients.Youre a strong multi-tasker, comfortable managing multiple projects at once and staying calm under pressure.Youre excited to grow with a company that values creativity, integrity, and genuine passion for travel.Preferred Skills & ToolsExperience with luxury travel networks (Virtuoso, Signature, Traveller Made, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Asana, or similar project management toolsCRM experience (Salesforce, ClientBase, or comparable systems)Sabre or a similar program experience is a plusStrong written and spoken English; additional languages a plusConfidence with video calls and client presentationsWhat We OfferCompetitive full-time salaryFlexible, remote work environment (MondayFriday schedule)Ongoing professional development and industry trainingTravel perks, FAM opportunities, and access to exclusive industry eventsA collaborative, supportive culture built around excellence, creativity, and joy in the journeyHow to ApplyPlease submit your rsum, a short cover letter explaining why youd be a great fit for Empress Travel Club, and share one destination that inspires you mostand why.Join us, and help redefine what luxury travel feels like.
