If youre looking for a challenging and rewarding career in a fast-paced industry, wed love to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:As aLogistics Specialist, you will focus on managinglast-mile delivery operationsand ensuring seamless coordination with ourfirst-mile logistics teamto deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.Courier & Last-Mile OperationsOversee daily courier and last-mile delivery processes to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.Work closely with courier partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Purolator) to maintain strong relationships and negotiate cost-effective service terms.Handle claims, delays, or exceptions efficiently, providing quick solutions and communication with internal teams.Coordination & Cost ControlCollaborate with the first-mile and warehouse teams to align shipment handoffs and improve overall logistics flow.Review and reconcile courier invoices and shipping costs, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance.Process Optimization & ReportingIdentify opportunities to streamline courier workflows and improve delivery performance.Generate periodic logistics reports, analyzing delivery success rates, costs, and service quality metrics.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience:At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management; experience in eCommerce is an asset.Skills:Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Language:Proficiency in Mandarin is an assetfor communication with overseas teams and suppliers.Soft Skills:A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
