Dayforce Module Payroll Implementation Consultant, with U.S. Dayforce Payroll ExpertiseOn behalf of our client, Procom is seeking an experienced Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant with specialized expertise in implementing Dayforce Payroll for U.S. clients. This is a 6-month contract (possibility of extension) that is fully remote. Responsibilities-Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and project teams in implementing Dayforce Payroll for U.S.-based organizations, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local tax and labor compliance requirements-Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation lifecycle, including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Post Go-Live support-Collect, document, and validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce Payroll and HCM functionality-Configure Dayforce Payroll to meet client-specific U.S. requirements, including multi-state taxation, garnishments, ACA, overtime, and reporting-Conduct data migration and validation for U.S. payroll structures, earnings, deductions, and year-end processes-Provide proactive communication and internal status updates, identifying issues and risks with recommended resolutions-Implement Organizational Readiness best practices to ensure client teams are prepared for deployment-Train and support client payroll administrators to confidently perform day-to-day operations post-implementation-Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with consistent attention to scope, timeline, and quality standards-Identify best practices, lessons learned, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing for Dayforce Payroll implementations-Complete new release training as needed to remain the Dayforce subject matter expert for U.S. Payroll Required Qualifications-2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dayforce HCM with a primary focus on U.S. Payroll-Proven understanding of U.S. payroll processes, including federal and state tax regulations, FLSA compliance, and multi-jurisdiction payroll-Strong grasp of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll best practices-Business process mapping and gap analysis experience-Demonstrated consulting acumen ability to ask the right questions, uncover needs, and design client-centric solutions-Experience leading and facilitating client workshops and configuration sessions-Ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently while maintaining quality delivery-Dayforce Payroll certification is strongly preferred-Experience with U.S. tax filing, year-end processing (W-2, 1099, 941), and garnishment setup is an asset-Change Management and data migration experience are considered assets-SQL and relational database understanding are advantageous-Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills-Self-motivated, articulate, and confident in engaging client and internal stakeholders-Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as required within the United StatesStart Date: Immediate
