Our client, located in Vancouver, WA is looking for an onsite Clinical Site Engineer Manager. Our client is seeking a Clinical Engineering Site Manager to be the liaison with an end client and the technical onsite team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with supporting medical device management within a Healthcare setting and understand medical device technology. Required Skills:Must have experience managing union workersAny experience with clinical engineering is a huge plus but not requiredAny experience working in healthcare or in a hospital is a huge plus but not requiredMust have a strong ability and willingness to learn new thingsMust have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with end clientsMust be a strong leader and able to motivate and drive success of a team to be successful and up to the end client's satisfactionAbility to coordinate efforts across multiple teamsStrong written, verbal, and presentational communication skillsAbility to understand and analyze complex business problems to derive technology-based solutions.
