Now Hiring: Cutover and Hypercare Lead (Bilingual Oracle ERP Transformation)Were supporting a major ERP transformation program for a leading Canadian organization modernizing its sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management systems. This role will lead all Cutover and Hypercare activities during the transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.Location: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence required in Montreal, Toronto, or OttawaHours: Monday to Friday (Eastern Time Zone)Application Deadline: November 14, 2025About the Role The Cutover and Hypercare Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the overall cutover strategy, ensuring a seamless system transition and stabilization period post-Go-Live. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO, Functional Leads, Technical Integration Teams, and Business Stakeholders to coordinate readiness activities, cutover rehearsals, and the transition to steady-state operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, own, and execute the cutover strategy in alignment with project timelines and business readiness milestonesManage cutover command center activities, ensuring coordination across technical, data, and functional streamsOversee Hypercare governance and command center operations, including communication, escalation, and decision trackingLead readiness checkpoints, risk assessments, and go/no-go reviews with project and executive leadershipCollaborate closely with OCM, Infrastructure, Integration, and Data Migration teams to ensure stability and performance post-Go-LiveRequired Experience10+ years of ERP program experience, with at least 35 full lifecycle cutovers for Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or equivalent systemsStrong experience leading cutover and hypercare activities within multi-stream, integrated ERP environmentsIn-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, EPM)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical domainsBilingual in English and FrenchPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with data migration and organizational change management frameworksExperience with complex integration landscapes (Salesforce, Workday, and custom applications)If you have a strong background in ERP transformation and are looking to lead a critical program phase focused on delivery, readiness, and stabilization, please reach out or share your updated profile for consideration.#ERP #OracleFusion #CutoverLead #Hypercare #ERPTransformation #ProjectManagement #Bilingual #RemoteWork
