Role: P&C Business Analyst Location: Remote Hiring Mode: Contract Job Summary We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with 6-8 years of direct experience in implementing core P&C insurance software suites.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policy management, billing, and accounting modules, with additional experience in Quote Rating & Submissions and Policy Lifecycle workflows being highly desirable.Job ResponsibilitiesThose who have experience with DXC assure, Workers Compensation and NCCI.Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and business discovery sessions with US-based clients for insurance processes.Conduct requirements analysis and gap assessments against core system capabilities.Develop detailed BRDs and Functional Specifications.Design insurance workflow solutions aligned with client business needs.Facilitate the configuration and maintenance of insurance workflows and forms in pre-built policy and claims applications.Engage in the implementation of insurance software, ensuring alignment with business needs.Provide technical expertise at a database level, focusing on data understanding and querying.Document system integration requirements and support interface mapping activities. Work on integrating core insurance applications to other applications, insurance rates, databases, APIs.
