The organizations goal is to keep pushing until all people with cystic fibrosis can experience a full, healthy life, without limits.THE ROLE AND IMPACT:The Coordinator, Constituent & Donor Data, is responsible of for the crucial day-to-day data processing and handling required to support our fundraising and engagement programs at Cystic Fibrosis Canada.With a wide variety of intake gateways and tools deployed in service of our fundraising and engagement initiatives, this role is critical in ensuring we build and maintain a single source of truth for our constituent and behaviour data. In addition, this role is responsible for executing on our commitments to providing donors with timely processing, acknowledgements, tax receipts, and other administrative requests. This role also directly supports our fund development and communications professionals with ad hoc requests and needs for campaign deployment. This role reports to the Data Operations Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH: Directly responsible for the hand-to-hand processing of donor information, inbound donations, payment processing, other reconciliation, and reporting.Independently handles the flat-file processing required for offline and other non-automated payments from our fund development programs.Independently prepares, validates and processes donor batch files (manual and import), monthly payments, tax receipt as needed and other donations.Coordinates with regional offices to ensure successful and timely donation processing and information sync.Adopts and delivers on identified and designed process improvement, with the support of the Data Operations Manager.Directly processes upgrades, downgrades, cancelations and other general donor requests.Ensures the safe and confidential data stewardship and handling of our donor information.Actions regular data cleaning and deduplication as per documented processes.Creates and delivers campaign and donor lists or requested reports to our fundraising and communications teams (scheduled and as needed).Provides in-office administrative support of fundraising and engagement campaigns.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.WHAT YOU BRING:Post-secondary education preferred.Intermediate knowledge of Raisers Edge & RE NXT preferred (other not-for-profit CRM is acceptable).1+ year experience direct donor and donation processing.Demonstrative data processing, validation and handling skills.Intermediate understanding of the data reconciliation requirements of non-profits.Intermediate organizational skills.Attention to detail, process driven, commitment to self-validation.Ability to manage multiple concurrent complex tasks.Ability to coordinate effectively with a wide-number of cross-functional teams.Intermediate Microsoft Office application experience, functional Excel expertise required.Works under pressure of tight deadlines, with high volume workload, and with multiple demands, changing priorities.Ability to work independently and exercise sounds judgement.WHAT WE OFFER:Collaborative, dynamic, and passionate work environment, with colleagues who are driven and motivated for this community.RRSP and Benefits programsA company culture rooted in empathy, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.Flexible working scheduleRemote and hybrid work model offeredPlease submit your resume and cover letter directly through LinkedIn Cystic Fibrosis Canada thanks all applicants in advance.
