The Site Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of single-family home construction sites. This includes supervising subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of construction from foundation to final inspection.Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety standards.Ensure construction meets architectural plans, specifications, and building codes.Conduct regular quality control checks and address deficiencies.Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, and homeowners.Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.Resolve on-site issues and make decisions to keep projects on track.
