They ensure the proper assembly of the planograms and enhance the look of our stores, with the goal of providing the best experience for our customers! **Job Summary** Under the supervision of the Store Project Manager, the store remodeling employee is responsible for setting up planograms according to the layouts defined by the merchandising team for all remodeling projects across the companys stores. The position holder actively participates in store remodeling and merchandising work. They help implement planograms as part of remodeling projects, carry out product placement, and handle the setup and installation of storage equipment and shelving. They also take part in sorting, cleaning, and equipment maintenance activities, including occasionally replacing shelving and storage equipment in stores and cleaning them when required.
