These are **full-time, 12-month contract opportunities.** The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support the overall logistics efficiency. We''re seeking candidates with flexible availability to work on a day or afternoon shift, but must be available for evenings and weekends as needed. **Morning Shift:** 6:30 AM 2:30 PM **Afternoon Shift:** 12:00 PM 8:00 PM ## **Location** On-site at the Sudbury Distribution Centre ## **What You''ll Be Doing** - Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork - Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment - Providing customer service for internal and external customers or third-party carriers - Scheduling inbound and outbound load appointments with flexibility - Investigating and complete customer credit requests - Building load manifests - Performing other related duties and projects as assigned ## **Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience** ## **Education** - High school diploma or equivalent required ## **Experience** - Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP systems experience using business process management software - Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable ## **Skills** - Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy - Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills ## **What We Offer** Our success as an organization is a result of our commitment to our greatest strengthour people!
