**About Us** Thee Farm Event & Wellness Centre is a growing property dedicated to creating beautiful spaces for events, wellness retreats, and social gatherings. We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Labourer to join our team and assist with various site development and maintenance projects on our scenic property. **Position Overview** The Construction Labourer will support day-to-day site operations and assist in the development and upkeep of facilities at Thee Farm. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, tractors, and excavators for tasks including trenching, grading, and snow removal. - Assist with on-site construction projects (e.g., framing, fencing, landscaping, etc.) - Perform general site cleanup and maintenance, ensuring work areas are safe and organized. - Load and unload materials and equipment. - Perform basic carpentry, demolition, and repair work as needed. - Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Follow all safety protocols and site procedures. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred. - Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset. - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labour outdoors in various weather conditions. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
