With a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and innovation, they specialize in industrial, commercial, and institutional roof repairs, re-roofing, and new construction waterproofing solutions.OVERVIEWAs Project Manager, you will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards while maintaining safety and strong client relationships. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead project planning, procurement, and execution, coordinating closely with site foremen, crews, and clients.This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in construction project management who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and values long-term growth within a respected company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management & ExecutionLead and manage all phases of roofing projectsfrom quoting to final inspectionCreate and maintain detailed project schedules and budgetsProcure required materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth executionMonitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to keep projects on trackEnsure strict compliance with safety procedures and regulationsClient & Team CoordinationBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, crews, and internal stakeholdersLiaise with the Branch Manager and the Project Foremen to align project goals and executionProvide cost estimates and technical support during the planning phaseRespond to client needs and inquiries with professionalism and timelinessQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE2+ years of project management experience in construction (roofing preferred)Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials procurement, and safety standardsPost-secondary education in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)Valid Drivers License and clean abstractComfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying conditionsExperience in estimating, planning, and managing construction budgetsSKILLS & ATTRIBUTESExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on-site as neededKnowledgeable in the safe use of PPE and fall protection equipmentComfortable working independently and as part of a teamProfessional, reliable, and motivated to contribute to team successWHAT THEY OFFERFull-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday)Company vehicle providedCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesGroup health and dental benefitsRRSP programPaid vacationA supportive, safety-first culture committed to your professional growthJOIN THE TEAMDo you thrive in fast-paced project environments and take pride in quality craftsmanship?
