Fitofan is a rapidly-scaling global sports technology platform building the digital ecosystem for amateur & professional sports including federation management, competition systems, payments, livestreaming, and AI judging systems for martial arts.We are now seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our core team and drive product execution across multiple engineering streams (web, mobile, AI, streaming, and payments). This role requires a strong technical mindset you must understand code, architecture fundamentals, and be able to evaluate developer output and timelines.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate software development projects from planning through deliveryTranslate product requirements into technical tasks and structured sprintsReview and validate developer work, code quality, and architecture decisions (you dont need to code daily, but you must be able to read & understand code)Ensure timelines & milestones are met across multiple engineering teamsConduct QA and user-acceptance reviews before deploymentCreate documentation, product specs, and feature briefsWork closely with founders, engineers and UI/UXSupport federations and tournament organizers with new technical releasesAnticipate risks and problem-solve quickly in a fast-moving environmentRequirements3+ years experience in technical project management or software product deliveryAbility to read code (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python preferred) tech background strongly requiredExperience working with developers, technical architecture & API integrationsUnderstanding of SCRUM/Agile and modern dev workflows (Git, CI/CD, JIRA/Notion)Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsStartup mindset adaptable, proactive, hands-onLanguages - native Ukrainian/Russian and basic EnglishNice to haveExperience in mobile development or WebRTC / streaming systemsExperience in AI projects, ML workflows or computer visionFamiliarity with fintech/payments platforms (Stripe, Finix, PayPal)Sports/martial arts background or interest in sports techWhy Join FitofanWork with a global sports platform operating in 60+ countriesShape the future of AI-powered sports management & judgingWork directly with founders in a high-growth startupOpportunity to grow into Head of Product / CTO-track roleMeaningful impact helping athletes, clubs & federations worldwide
