About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in land foundation construction, including pile driving, shoring, ground improvement, and deep foundation systems. The successful candidate will lead complex foundation projects from pre-construction through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of land foundation projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.Oversee site activities such as pile installation, shoring, excavation support, and ground improvement techniques.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.Prepare and review project documentation including RFIs, change orders, progress reports, and cost tracking.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications5+ years of experience in civil construction with a focus on land foundations.Proven track record managing deep foundation projects (e.g., driven piles, sheet piles, secant walls, ground densification).Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and foundation engineering.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).PMP certification or P.Eng designation is an asset.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Why Join Us?Work on high-impact infrastructure projects across the Lower Mainland.Collaborative team environment with a focus on safety and innovation.Competitive compensation package including benefits and performance incentives.
