Role Overview: Focus on managing existing North American clients, ensuring high retention, renewals, and upselling TAC Securitys products (AASA, ioxt, SOCify). Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with current clients and ensure renewals. Upsell and cross-sell AASA, ioxt, and SOCify. Understand client needs and align product solutions. Prepare and deliver client proposals. Serve as the main point of contact for support/escalations. Requirements: 25 years experience in SaaS/cybersecurity sales or account management. Strong client relationship management skills. Proven track record of upselling/cross-selling. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
