Day To Day Responsibilities: Responding to high-severity events within SLAs Participate in Data Center power & cooling eventsBreak-fix of servers and network devices Troubleshooting of network connectionsCoordinating and building relationships with various Data Center teams Interact with third party vendors & contractorsSeeking out ways to improve yourself and the processes and systems with which you workContribute to the development of other team membersHelping technicians bring in the racks to the data centerCabling may be needed Must Haves:Need a car to go between sites Reliability status i.e. should be within Canada for 5 years and have ability to get clearance1 - 3 year (Hardware networking skills/ entry level) Hardware - troubleshoot CPU, maintenance on break fix activity, motherboard, hard drive, memory, power shelfs (PSU/ power supplies) maintain and replace hardware Software - Windows (Linux is a plus) scripting is a plus.Bilingual - Fluent in French and English is needed.
