Position Summary:Olympia Tile is seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to serve as the Subject Matter Expert for our Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system. This role is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, optimization, and security of the ERP platform, ensuring it meets business needs and supports operational excellence. The ERP System Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide end-user support, manage system configurations, develop reporting solutions, and participate in key system improvement and migration projects.Key Responsibilities:ERP Administration & SupportServe as the primary technical and functional administrator for Epicor P21.Manage system configurations, user roles, permissions, and security settings.Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues across all modules (Order Entry, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, etc.).Maintain up-to-date documentation, training materials, and SOPs for ERP processes.Provide timely and effective end-user support and training.System Optimization & ProjectsLead or participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and optimization initiatives.Support system migration projects, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, and testing.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement enhancements with minimal disruption to operations.Data Management & ReportingEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the ERP system.Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts using SQL, data visualization, and SSRS.Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable data insights.Process Improvement & GovernanceAnalyze business workflows and recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices within P21.Document and enforce ERP governance policies, security protocols, and change control procedures.Proactively identify and address system risks, performance issues, and inefficiencies.Qualifications & Skills:Required:35+ years administering ERP systemsExperience with ERP best practices, user administration, and configuration management.Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering user support and training.Experience in at least one major ERP implementation, migration, or upgrade.Preferred:Experience with SSRS report development.Familiarity with P21 database schema, business objects, and related tools (Dynachange, Wireless Warehouse Management).Experience in distribution or manufacturing industries.Work Environment:Location: Toronto, ON.Work Model: In-office.
