Youll shape the next generation of intelligent, data-driven systems by improving data quality, scalability, and accessibility. This role blends technical leadership, organizational growth, and hands-on guidance in applying emerging AI technologies to real-world business problems.Youll lead a talented team of engineers and managers, driving high performance, innovation, and operational excellence across multiple product lines.What Youll Do:Lead and scale engineering teams focused on AI/ML and data platform development, ensuring alignment with business goalsProvide technical and strategic leadership in the practical application of GenAI, LLMs, and emerging ML/NLP technologiesEstablish and uphold AI governance standards for fairness, transparency, and privacy complianceTranslate advanced AI/ML capabilities into strategic product initiatives that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable valueMentor managers and senior engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering cultureChampion DevOps and observability excellence to ensure reliability and scalabilityDrive data literacy and modern data management practices across the organizationEvaluate and scale emerging technologies such as AI agents, multimodal interfaces, and rapid prototyping toolsDefine and track metrics for engineering efficiency, product success, and operational excellenceWhat Makes You a Great Fit:5+ years in engineering leadership, including experience managing managers and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teamsProven track record of delivering AI-powered solutions that drive tangible business impactDeep technical expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), with hands-on experience integrating LLMs or building prompt-based applicationsStrong grasp of ethical AI principles and governance best practicesExcellent communicator who can simplify complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical audiencesSkilled at recruiting, developing, and retaining top technical talent, with a focus on inclusion and growthExperienced in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adept at balancing innovation with operational discipline
