You''ll: Build and strengthen partnerships with Indigenous Nations, organizations, and community leaders across Western Canada. Create pathways for collaboration whether through employment, training, community projects, or business partnerships. Provide strategic advice internally on respectful engagement, inclusion, and relationship development. Bring insight and awareness to how Indigenous perspectives can inform company initiatives and decision-making. Represent the organization at meetings, gatherings, and events that deepen mutual understanding and partnership. Travel regularly (approximately 3040%) to connect face-to-face with communities and colleagues.
