About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives in retail operations, technology, and marketing. This role focuses on program enablement, project updates across multiple domains, and ensuring smooth execution of customer-facing programs. Key Responsibilities: Manage timelines, scope, and budgets for multiple projects. Coordinate updates for Retail ERP systems , POS providers , and flyer/vendor management . Develop and maintain roadmaps , project plans , and status reports . Collaborate with functional leads in Tech , Marketing , Finance , and Category Management . Support change management and program enablement activities. Communicate effectively with national management teams. Must-Have Qualifications: 1 year of project management experience (preferably in retail operations). Experience as a Project Coordinator on 23 projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple domains. Nice-to-Have Skills: PMP certification (or in progress). Experience with loyalty programs . Familiarity with POS systems and Retail ERP platforms . Vendor management experience.
