This is an opportunity to influence system-level change while leading a multi-million-dollar portfolio and fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation.What Youll DoThe Vice President, Clinical Operations holds operational accountability for clinical care and community programs. You will guide policy and program development, lead quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. With oversight of an annual budget of approximately $20M, you will manage financial and human resources while driving clinical advancement and continuous improvement.Key priorities include:Championing a culture of teamwork and innovation to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.Leading accreditation, risk management, and emergency preparedness initiatives.Supporting leadership development, succession planning, and clinical education.Promoting equity, diversity, inclusion, and cultural safety across all programs.Representing Broadmead Care with government, health authorities, and external partners.Leading the Clinical Operations of various growth initiatives.What We OfferAs the Vice President, Clinical Operations you will enjoy:Influencing strategy and shaping community impact at the executive level.Inspiring high-performing teams across multiple sites.Driving transformative, person-centred care.A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:Extended health, dental, short- and long-term disability insurance.Membership in the BC Public Service Pension Plan.Access to virtual health care and employee/family assistance program.Excellent starting vacation entitlement, increasing annually to a maximum of 35 days.What You BringYou are a senior healthcare leader with a passion for advancing care quality and system performance.
