JOB DESCRIPTION Work experience in Work force software for more than 4 years . Certified as configuration Specialist - PT102 and Interface certification -PT103 and Reportspecialist Certification. Mandatory needed. Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language Should be good in Workforce Script and WFS Reports Sound knowledge on WFS LD tables and HR interface. Good Understanding of WFS Payroll and WFS- Finance Integration Should be able to work on Time import and Time Recording Interface. Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process. Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently. Good understanding on the workforce system flow . Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level. Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, Transaction Creation Policy, Settings etc. Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage) Should be well versed with HR import mapping. Readiness to work in WFS Reports, Integrations and Time Recording Interface. Good communication skills both Verbal and written. Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred. Good Knowledge on SQL query
