Position: Electrical Assembler IILocation: Perth, Ontario, K7H 3E2Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (100% Onsite)Pay: $21.50/hrDuration: 6-month contract (possible extension)Key Responsibilities: Assemble and wire standard and engineered control assemblies. Work from drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to perform electrical and mechanical assembly. Determine wiring sequence, layout, and component placement. Perform electrical and functional testing to verify work. Ensure compliance with CSA, UL, CEC codes, and company quality requirements. Participate in lean manufacturing, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all safety protocols and clients Code of Ethics and Values.Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education. At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience. Must live within an 80 km radius of Perth, ON. Two-year community college diploma preferred. Experience with machining operations (milling/drilling) is an asset. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.Preferred Skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills. Quick learner with a strong work ethic. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
