Job Title Shipping & Inventory CoordinatorLocation Edmonton, AB (Onsite)Work Schedule -Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)Location: Onsite role Edmonton, AB (T5L 2H1)Environment: Controlled warehouse facility with required PPE complianceAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to join our Edmonton distribution facility. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can balance administrative accuracy with physical warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Reach Truck operation, inventory management, and safe material handling, while ensuring timely and precise shipping of high-security, serialized products.You will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics flow, accurate stock reconciliation, and exceptional service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship all orders within 2448 hours or as per established service levels, ensuring accuracy and completenessLift and move boxes up to 35 lbs safely while following all OHS safety proceduresOperate Reach Truck and other warehouse material handling equipment safely using appropriate PPEReceive and verify incoming shipments; reconcile quantities and documentation within 24 hours of deliveryMaintain and update shipping records in Shipping Manager and MOVES databases including waybills, parcel counts, serialized ranges, and special instructionsOrganize warehouse stock, perform cyclic inventory counts, and ensure accurate reconciliation in the systemCoordinate bulk order distributions and prepare shipping documentation for courier systems (Purolator, Loomis, etc.)Provide professional communication support via phone, email, or in-person client inquiriesParticipate in Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings and support ongoing warehouse safety inspectionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiencyMandatory Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredValid Class 5 Drivers License and MVID number (required for MOVES system access)Valid Reach Truck Training & Certification (must be presented before operating equipment)Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck (counterbalance-only experience not accepted)Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, inventory control, and reconciliation in a warehouse environmentStrong computer skills with experience in inventory management systems (e.g., GP Dynamics, Shipping Manager, or similar)Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed safety footwear at all times on siteStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced settingPhysically fit and comfortable with prolonged standing, lifting, and movement throughout the dayPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsFirst Aid & AED Certification (attach proof if available)Experience preparing shipments in electronic tracking systems and entering waybills online (Purolator, Loomis, etc.)Experience handling controlled or serialized inventory (e.g., high-value items such as lottery tickets, alcohol, or restricted goods)Familiarity with OHS Standards, safety committees, and working alone policiesProficiency in using power pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, strappers, and manual pallet jacks Why Join Us Work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment Professional growth opportunities and training support Inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace cultureAbout NetworkPediaNetworkPedia is a certified women-owned technology and talent solutions company, providing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and specialized recruitment across North Americas and beyond.
