The Outside Sales Associate, reporting to the Commercial Director, will play an active role in selling and developing accounts within the B2B Commercial sales team. You will achieve sales objectives through effective planning, goal setting, cold calling, prospecting, developing quotes, presenting, closing builder/new home construction accounts. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this candidate will also help deliver sales through other developing trade channels for major appliances, commercial office furniture and home furnishing/electronics. Responsibilities Drive B2B commercial market share growth with a focus on premium and luxury appliance brands as well as electronics, office and home furnishings through active solicitation, customer sales presentations, and closing. Meet targets and performance plans in cooperation with the Director of Sales. Meet with the Director of Sales one-on-one each month to review performance, progress, and targets. Utilize Salesforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotes. Provide expertise on highend appliances across varying brands to prospective clients depending on application. Analyze sales data for the market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps. In cooperation with the sales Director, create innovative programs for upselling and implement gotomarket strategies to solicit more sales opportunities within the builder/developer industry and related trade channels. Daily Activities Cold calling and prospecting to generate leads. Develop sales presentations for presentation to prospects. Ensure onsite presence for all site deliveries, ensuring schedules are being met. Resolve any customer issues and complaints, developing solutions and making recommendations to management. Work in liaison with the commercial sales customer care team to deliver exceptional client experience to B2B commercial customers and individuals.
