Overview Are you a Recruitment Coordinator who is action-oriented and purpose-driven? Do you want to work for a company that is growing? Responsibilities Craft engaging job ads and promote them across LinkedIn and other social media platforms Conduct screening calls and assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics Maintain the recruitment pipeline and track candidate progress Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and refine processes Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidate inquiries Liaise with external vendors and recruitment partners Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics Support other recruitment-related tasks as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the recruitment field or a related field Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Enthusiastic, passionate, and a great representative of the companys values Active on social media and confident in promoting opportunities Down-to-earth, action-oriented, and proactive Committed to diversity, inclusion, and social impact Ideally you are based in Fredericton, NB and are able to work in the office 3-5 days per week.
