Responsibilities Collaborate with the general manager sales team and store managers to plan and execute sales initiatives. Lead and support your sales team to meet sales targets and promote NAPA marketing programs. Recruit train and motivate staff while building strong relationships across the district. Participate in district and regional meetings and stay informed on local market trends. Implement corporate sales strategies and regularly monitor sales performance through weekly and monthly reports. Salary Salary range : $90600- $115000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
