We seek a motivated, competitive, and self-starting sales professional to join as a Business Development Executive. You will manage the entire sales cycle, build relationships with senior-level clients, develop sales strategies, and negotiate deals for profitable new and existing business. Success will be measured by meeting sales targets and demonstrating leadership skills. Responsibilities : Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce, achieving targets through new customer acquisition and account management. Focus on prospecting, account implementation, and managing new signings during the first 13 months of Booked Charge Volume. Act as a consultant to educate prospects and clients on our Commercial Payment Solutions, fostering deep, lasting relationships through consultative selling. Collaborate with internal teams such as risk, credit, and merchant services to enhance value and meet customer needs. Qualifications : Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and achieving results in a consultative sales environment within a high-growth company. Experience guiding prospects through all sales stages: lead generation, relationship building, needs assessment, value presentation, closing, negotiation, and implementation. Ability to influence and engage C-level executives and build strong relationships. Expertise in using consultative selling to position American Express products competitively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with problem-solving abilities. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
