The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.Position Overview:The Systems Integration & Interface Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all systems integration and interface management activities across the ECWE-SRS project. This role ensures that all technical systems including communications, signaling, power, and control systems are seamlessly integrated with civil, structural, and architectural elements, and that all interfaces between internal and external stakeholders are properly managed and documented.The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Director, Engineering, Construction, and Systems teams, as well as external partners such as Metrolinx, designers, subcontractors, and third-party utilities, to ensure cohesive project delivery and system readiness.Key Responsibilities:Lead systems integration and interface management for all project disciplines, ensuring alignment between civil works, systems installation, and commissioning.Develop and maintain the project Interface Management Plan, including interface registers and integration strategies.Coordinate with design and construction teams to identify, track, and resolve interface issues in a timely manner.Facilitate regular coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including client representatives and third parties.Ensure compliance with technical requirements, standards, and safety systems integration processes.Manage configuration control and systems assurance activities in collaboration with quality and safety teams.Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of systems to ensure full functionality and compatibility with existing infrastructure.Support risk assessments related to systems integration and interface management.Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation control.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.10+ years of experience in systems integration and interface management within large-scale transit, rail, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of systems design, testing, commissioning, and assurance processes.Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across multiple project phases.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Metrolinx or major P3 infrastructure projects is a strong asset.Key CompetenciesLeadership and ownership of processes across a multi-stakeholder environment.Ability to balance technical rigor with practical project delivery needs.Skilled in change impact analysis (cost, schedule, safety, risk).Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.What Amico Can Offer You:Competitive SalaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer Matching Retirement ProgramLife insuranceAt Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
