This initiative introduces a unique lifetime identifier for all individuals receiving healthcare in New Brunswick, supporting better data linkage across health systems and improving interoperability.This high-profile project requires coordination across multiple stakeholders, including internal government branches, RHAs, vendors, and both clinical and non-clinical experts. The successful candidate will also support related eHealth transformation initiatives as needed.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery of the PHN implementationDevelop and maintain project documentation and governance structuresManage internal and external project teamsCoordinate and lead Steering Committee updates and communicationsTrack and report on schedule, resources, budget, risks, and deliverablesFacilitate change management and stakeholder engagementEnsure operational transition and sustainability planningVendor and contract governance oversightFacilitate workshops and presentationsMandatory QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years as a Senior Project Manager10+ years of experience in digital health / eHealth in a Canadian jurisdiction12+ years of IM/IT experience5+ years managing projects affecting Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) and master data managementExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishAbility to travel within NB for meetings (must attend onboarding in Fredericton)Preferred Experience5+ years leading eHealth/technology projects in CanadaCommunication planning, executive presentations, and stakeholder engagementProject governance development (10+ years)Oversight of large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects with long durationsExperience managing teams of 15+ participants across departmentsExpertise in risk, issue, and change controlExperience with vendor and contract management (10+ years)Knowledge of PHIPAA (NB privacy legislation)PMP or equivalent Project Management certificationCandidates who currently reside in New Brunswick or are willing to relocate will be given priority. This role requires participation in a hybrid work environment based in Fredericton.
