The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.Position Overview:Amico Affiliates is seeking a Mechanical Technical Coordinator to provide technical support and coordination for the ECWE-SRS project. This role involves liaising between project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure mechanical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in compliance with project requirements and standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all mechanical technical activities across the project, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems.Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.Assist in resolving technical issues with design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including RFIs, submittals, reports, and change requests.Support site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure mechanical systems meet performance criteria.Track and report on mechanical system progress and assist in identifying potential risks or conflicts.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field.Proven experience in mechanical coordination on construction or industrial projects.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, installation, and commissioning.Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools is an asset.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environment.What Amico Can Offer You:Competitive SalaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer Matching Retirement ProgramLife insuranceAt Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
