The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.Position Summary:Amico Affiliates is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join the ECWE-SRS project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support project design, coordination, and construction processes. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and update 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, or other relevant software.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately represented in the model.Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and resolve design conflicts within the model.Produce construction documentation, drawings, and schedules from the BIM model as required.Ensure adherence to project BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.Support the project team with visualizations, renderings, and quantity take-offs derived from the model.Assist in the integration of BIM data with other project management systems.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) or similar construction projects.Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools.Strong understanding of construction processes, systems, and materials.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of Canadian BIM standards and project delivery methods is an asset.What Amico Can Offer You:Competitive SalaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer Matching Retirement ProgramLife insuranceAt Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
