Embedded System Test Engineer, PythonHybrid work, 1-year contract, with 4 days of work required on-site in Ottawa. Responsibilities-Requirement Analysis and review to define Test Strategy for Black Box testing which includes Functional and Integration level Testing-Testcase Authoring Testcase Automation Test environment setup (Jenkins)-Analyze Test execution Results Defect creation Defect reproduction and support Defect Triage Continuous quality improvement by analyzing the leaked defects and enhancing the TestcasesRequired Qualifications-Embedded software testing experience (3-5 years of experience)-Blackbox testing for embedded systems-Automotive protocols CAN/LIN experience-Test methodologies - requires a good understanding of how requirements translate to testcases-Must have experience with embedded Software automation testing on HW-Python test coding experience-Requirement Analysis and review to define Test Strategy for Black Box testing which includes Functional and Integration level Testing-Testcase Authoring Testcase Automation Test environment setup (Jenkins)-Analyze Test execution Results Defect creation Defect reproduction support Defect Triage Continuous quality improvement by analyzing the leaked defects and enhancing the Testcases
