Job Title: Senior Project Manager P&C Evolution Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, BC) | Contract RoleOverview:Our client is is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead global People & Culture initiatives within our Planning & Portfolio Management team. This role drives large-scale cross-functional projects from strategy to delivery, ensuring teams are focused on the right work at the right time. The ideal candidate is an organized, curious leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and can communicate with clarity and influence at all levels.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across global P&C functions. Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Facilitate status updates, steering committees, and cross-team alignment meetings. Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers. Oversee project documentation, budget tracking, and vendor management. Champion best practices in Agile and Waterfall project management methods.Qualifications: 35+ years of project management experience delivering large cross-functional initiatives. PMP or equivalent certification required. Strong leadership and facilitation skills; proven ability to influence executives and partners. Experience with transformation or process optimization projects; HR implementation experience an asset. Knowledge of Workday, Avature, or ServiceNow preferred. Collaborative, empathetic, and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
