This is a full-time remote role for a Project Procurement Specialist. The Project Procurement Specialist will manage purchase orders, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure procurement processes align with organization goals. Key responsibilities include supplier relationship management, maintaining procurement documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements effectively. Responsibilities: Assist the project management team in ensuring all required purchasing is processed. Assist with budget setting, administration and reconciliation Ensure that all purchasing activities align with the build schedule and that products are delivered and all scheduling milestones are met. Ensuring all purchasing related activities are completed in accordance to company standards. Negotiating cost effective arrangements with suppliers Maintain accurate inventory counts and actively participate in parts management. Timely reporting and follow up on all ongoing purchases. Administering all day-to-day activities associated with the procurement function.
