Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and service teams, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure both individual and team success. Oversee departments and regional directors, manage budgets, and allocate resources to achieve objectives. Identify opportunities through research and market analysis, adjust strategies based on trends and performance metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, product development, and other departments to drive growth. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyze sales KPIs, prepare reports for executive leadership, and adjust strategies as needed. Talent Development Identify and coach key talent to support growth and retention. Sales Process Optimization Continuously improve sales methods and tools to maximize efficiency and results. Profile And Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA an asset). Proven experience in sales, operations, and team leadership with measurable revenue growth results. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
