The role requires strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, as well as experience working on healthcarerelated projects. Job Responsibilities Facilitate workshops and informationgathering sessions; create supporting materials such as presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes Document current (asis) and future (tobe) business processes and standard operating procedures using BPMN or similar tools Gather and document functional and nonfunctional business requirements, perform gap analyses, and develop user stories/use cases Translate business requirements into user stories and manage them using Jira or similar tools Create documentation to support training activities, including reference guides and other instructional materials Document operational frameworks to support ongoing program delivery Facilitate iterative development and manage changing requirements while collaborating with crossfunctional teams Create and manage user stories, epics, and tasks, ensuring clear and traceable requirements throughout the development lifecycle Groom and prioritize backlogs using Jira based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility Perform other related duties as assigned Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
