Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec. Relevant du Directeur Marketing, le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) Marketing accompagnera lquipe dans la mise en uvre des stratgies marketing, de communication, de publicit et dexprience client. Son objectif est de promouvoir Permacon et ses activits pour assurer son rayonnement sur le march. La personne slectionne peut tre bas notre bureau de Montral ou Metcalfe. Plus spcifiquement, le ou la titulaire du poste devra notamment : Animer les rseaux sociaux Permacon Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, (cration de contenu et la gestion de communaut); Crer le contenu vido et photos : gestion des photographes / vidographes et artistes 3D, de la prise de vues aux retouches finales et la diffusion; Grer le site web : modification des pages produits selon le portfolio, ajout des photos, cration des articles de blogue, mise jour des outils destins aux clients, comme les pages dvnements, les documents techniques, les hachures et les textures; Travailler troitement avec lquipe des ventes pour dvelopper des outils marketing adapts aux segments de lindustrie : amnagement paysager, maonnerie et march du dtail; Dvelopper les actifs marketing numriques et imprims : catalogues, infolettres, guides produits, guides dinstallation, listes de prix, dpliants promotionnels, prsentations de ventes; Participer toute autre initiative marketing de Permacon. Exigences et qualifications requises Diplme universitaire en communications, marketing ou dans une discipline pertinente; Exprience pertinente dau moins 2 (deux) ans dans un poste similaire; Excellente matrise du franais et de langlais parl et crit; Connaissance des mdias sociaux et des diffrentes plateformes ainsi que leurs fonctionnements; Connaissance de Photoshop et InDesign, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad et Sketchup, Excellentes habilets de gestion de projets et solution de problmes Excellentes habilets travailler en quipe; travailler sous pression avec un souci du dtail. Opportunit de faire carrire dans une organisation en pleine essor Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will support the team in implementing marketing, communication, advertising, and customer experience strategies. The goal is to promote Permacon and its activities to ensure strong market visibility. Key Responsibilities : Manage Permacons social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) : content creation and community management. Create video and photo content : oversee photographers / videographers and 3D artists, from shooting to final edits and distribution. Manage the website : update product pages according to the portfolio, add photos, create blog articles, and update client tools such as event pages, technical documents, hatching patterns, and textures. Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing tools tailored to industry segments : landscaping, masonry, and retail. Develop digital and print marketing assets : catalogs, newsletters, product guides, installation guides, price lists, promotional brochures, and sales presentations. Participate in any other marketing initiatives at Permacon. Requirements and Qualifications : University degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role. Excellent command of spoken and written French and English. Knowledge of social media platforms and how they function. Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
