Job Description You Will: Sell cleaning & sanitizing service contracts to B-B, B-C, Healthcare, Government, Education, etc in a straightforward and professional manner Execute our proven sales presentation process while avoiding shortcuts and completing the full product demo with every potential customer Seek out new customer leads and initiate sales calls to potential customers in order to maintain sales quotas Follow up on leads from referrals, online and print advertising; seek own leads, including new referrals from customers etc. Respond to current customers needs as requested Post-sale client care to ensure complete satisfaction You Are / Have: A versatile self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to navigate sales presentations using iPad, professionally correspond with clients via email, text, phone Understands the importance of daily reporting and pipeline development to the overall sales process Pleasant, professional, friendly customer service demeanor is a must Demonstrated sales experience in outsourcing / service selling Ability to navigate & manage multiple pipeline activities through a research, education, dream fulfillment sales process Willingness to travel to cover both the Lower Mainland as well as the Island Compensation: $36- $40k base + uncapped commission + benefits.
