What Youll Lead New builds: shell structures, large commercial/industrial warehouses High-profile installations such as the new Evolve gym Tenant Improvements (TI) and EV infrastructure Teams of journeymen and apprentices on-site Your Impact Guide and mentor crews across multiple sites Ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met Collaborate with project managers and clients Help shape the direction of future projects Required Skills Strong background in commercial electrical work Pipe bending, wire pulling, and new construction Experience with EV infrastructure and TI projects Proven leadership and team coordination abilities Why Lead With Us?
